کاپیتان من راه را برای ساخت فیلم علمی هموار می‌کند/ می‌خواستم به علم ادای دین کنم

بهرام رادان پس از دریافت جایزه ترویج علم، گفت: همواره احساس ادای دین نسبت به جامعه علمی و علم ایران داشتم. به همین دلیل در سال ۹۶ با سیاوش صفاریان پور درباره ساخت یک فیلم علمی صحبت کردم. ایده اولیه بسیار تکراری بود اما صفاریانپور پس از مدتی پیشنهاد بازی من در یک فیلم مستند را مطرح کرد.
وی با بیان اینکه پروژه کاپیتان من بارها متوقف شد، افزود: این فیلم اولین مستند علمی ایران است که با حضور متخصصان علوم شناختی ساخته شد و پیچ و خم‌های بسیاری را تا رسیدن به اکران پشت سر گذاشت.
رادان ادامه داد: کاپیتان من پرمخاطب‌ترین فیلم هنر و تجربه است و چون بیشترین مخاطب فیلم نوجوانان و دانش آموزان بودند، طی مذاکراتی که با وزارت آموزش و پرورش داشتیم، بسیار علاقمند بودیم که دانش آموزان بتوانند در سینما این فیلم را ببینند که متاسفانه وزارت آموزش و پرورش این مستند را مناسب ندانست و همکاری لازم را انجام نداد.
این بازیگر تصریح کرد: امیدوارم موفقیت کاپیتان من در اکران، راه را برای علاقه‌مندان ساخت فیلم مستند علمی هموار کند گرچه در ایران حمایت بالایی از این قبیل فیلم‌ها نمی‌شود اما خوشبختانه هنرمندان ایرانی خلاقیت و خیال پردازی لازم در این حوزه را دارند.
